Soul Friendship Inquiry

SOUL FRIENDSHIP INQUIRY

A person without a soul friend is like a body without a head.

Virtual Session

6:00 - 7:30 pm EST

Cost: FREE

St. Brigid’s phrase emphasizes the essential nature of a soul friend, or anam cara, for spiritual guidance and a life of wholeness. A soul friend helps one to perceive, discern, and navigate life's spiritual journey.

Join us for a FREE virtual session via Zoom* to learn what group spiritual direction is and how it can help you live a deeper life in Christ.

In this Online Event we will:

  • Clarify what we mean by Group Spiritual Direction and how it enhances our ability to listen deeply and holistically to God, ourselves, and others.

  • Explore how the practice of soul friendship through Group Spiritual Direction helps us become clearer and more cooperative with God’s movements and invitations within our life stories.

  • Practice the lessons we learned as children: to stop, look, and listen for our inner teacher — the Holy Spirit.

  • Identify why someone might be drawn to Group Spiritual Direction.

We look forward to seeing you there!
